Artist's Bio
Christopher Zinovitch has appeared all over
the world, touring with The Missoula Children's Theatre as
Magic in Jack in the Beanstalk, and The California
Theater Center's Productions of The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow,
The Elves in the Shoemaker, The Princess and the
Pea and The Canterville Ghost.
His adult theater credits include Richard
in The Lion In Winter; Pap Finn in Big River;
Larry, Paul and Zack in Three different production of A
Chorus Line (all with the original Broadway choreography);
Bernard in Arcadia with Spokane Interplayers; The MC
in Cabaret and many others. His directing credits include
Once On This Island, A Midsummer Night's Dream,
Bye Bye Birdie, The Secret Garden, Lewis Carroll's
Alice, On Tidy Endings, The Serpent and
The Three Musketeers. His film credits include dancing roles in
That Thing You Do, Showgirls, Sister Act
2, and a special effects stunt actor in Honey I Blew
Up the Kids.
Christopher is the Education Director at
ArtsWest Playhouse and Gallery where he plans, teaches and
coordinates classes in music, theater, visual arts and dance
for all ages, as well as an extensive school matinee program
which brings theater and classical music to school aged students.
He also works with the Issaquah School District to maintain
a high level of theater in the schools there. His last two
productions at the Middle School created a sell out each of
the 4 nights in the 300 seat theater, where the 60 plus students
performed. He also teaches at Studio East in Kirkland.
