Susan was married in a barn, in Pennsylvania,
to her screenwriting husband, Tom Brennan. In her life in
the theater she has had great fun playing Sooze in Suburbia,
Alice in Closer, Cecilia in Fefu & Her Friends,
JoAnn in Black Market, Popsy in Popsy & Lorraine,
Hero in Much Ado About Nothing, Lady Ann in Richard
III, Rose of Sharon in The Grapes of Wrath, Goatcheese
in Rituals, Symbols, & the Rites of Passage in America
and Lucy in The Portrait, the Wind & the Chair.
Susan was an actor, director and Team Leader
for 6 years with Open Door Theater and also performed in The
Magic Hour, a busking poetry performance in Central Park.
She has a BA in theater from Catholic University,
an MS in speech language pathlology from Columbia Universtiy,
and has also studied practical aesthetics with Atlantic Theater
Company.
