had its world premiere presented by the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, Illinois, on May 16, 1999.
It was first produced in New York by Lincoln Center Theatre at the
Mitzi E. Newhouse Theatre on July 27, 2000, in association
with Lincoln Center Festival 2000.
