Scene 1: A wintery April night at a bench outside a skating rink, 10:30pm.
Scene 2: Buddy's car, later.
Scene 3: The Levaco's kitchen. still Later.
Scene 4: The Bogota Public Library, the next day.
Scene 5: The Levaco's kitchen, that evening
Scene 6: Buddy's Car, the next morning.
Scene 7: The Bogota Public Library, that afternoon.
Scene 8: Kimberly's bedroom, that evening.

Scene 1: Somewhere outside, a few weeks later.

was commissioned, developed, and first produced br South Coast Repertory in Costa Mesa, CA, premiering on May 13, 2001.
A revised version was produced by Manhattan Theatre Club in New York City on January 14, 2003.
