ReAct Studios is located on the 4th Floor at 562 1st Ave S in downtown Seattle. It’s a hop, skip and a jump from both the International District Light Rail Station and the Seattle Ferry Terminal, as well as various Metro Bus and Trolley lines. Metered Street parking is free after 6pm daily and all day on Sundays.

We have two spaces available: Our Raynier Room and our East Hall. Additonally our space features a catering kitchen, a small dressing room, two unisex bathrooms, a lobby gallery, a front passenger elevator & rear freight elevator.
